asoc: tegra: fix hang while accessing DAM registers
Accessing DAM registers in debugfs (tegra30_dam_show) without
enabling AHUB clock hangs the system. This patch enables AHUB
APBIF clock along with DAM clock before accessing DAM regsiters.
