imx_thermal.c: Use old trip point values from BSP 2.7
In kernel upgrade from 4.1 -> 4.9 trip point values have been changed by NXP. These new values caused a lot of modules to critical shut-down during validation and verification. This commit changes the new imx_thermal.c code to use the old, well verified values.
