staging: iio: cm3217: add optional value in DT.
Add below optional value can be overrid by DT for project.
If no add in DT will load default value.
1)integration-time.
Default:"480000"
2)max-range.
Default:"78643.2"
3)resolution.
Default:"307"
4)power-consumed.
Default:"1670"
