ENGR00263658-2 ov5640 dvp:Enable the camera driver
This patch does several things below to make the
camera driver based on legacy platform probe mechanism
work with device tree mechanism instead.
1) Remove unnecessary header files.
2) Get video bus pins via pinctrl API.
3) Get several device tree properties via of API.
4) Get power down and reset pins via gpio device resource API.
5) Get mclk via clock device API.
6) Get regulators via regulator device resource API.
7) Remove the mclk enable code for i.MX6SL since we are not
supporting this SoC.
8) Update device tree documentation to add ov5640 dvp camera
support.
