ARM: dts: tegra124-apalis: unify display backlight settingsApalis-TK1_Console-Image_3.0b2.65-20190830
All displays sold by Toradex have now a common typical frequency
for dimming backlight. This commit sets that frequency to 150Hz and
put some better brightness values.
