Video: backlight: Enable backlight in any case
This patch enables the backlight in any case. Mainline assumes now
that backlight is turned on from an appropriate driver to get
flickerless backlight experience.
Theres no such thing in downstream, so get rid of the code part that
blocks backlight from turning on.
