ARM: tegra: usb: Add Tegra3 NULL ULPI change
Integrate Tegra3 specific NULL ULPI changes to usb_phy.c.
- set ULPI clock to tristate before ULPI phy reset
- set USB host mode and HOSTPC register to ULPI mode
- add ULPIS2S slave0 and slave1 reset after enabling internal phy clock
