MLK-19003-4 ARM64: dts: introduce i.MX8QM root/inmate dts
The two dts are for Jailhouse root cell and non-root linux cell.
root cell use SDHC1/UART0, non root cell use SDHC0/UART2.
UART2 is on base board with RS232 connected.
