mmc: host: sdhci: do not force mmc caps by default
Host controllers expose their capabilties for MMC.
But the mmc core code used to set MMC_CAP_ERASE
and MMC_CAP_CMD23 by default for all hosts. Ideally,
these capabilities should only be exposed by the hosts
and the core code should not set them by default.
