[ Upstream commit 6636fec29cdf6665bd219564609e8651f6ddc142 ]
On SPEAr3xx, ethernet driver is not compatible with the SPEAr600
one.
Indeed, SPEAr3xx uses an earlier version of this IP (v3.40) and
needs some driver tuning compare to SPEAr600.
The v3.40 IP support was added to stmmac driver and this patch
fixes this issue and use the correct compatible string for
SPEAr3xx

[ Upstream commit 20a6b3fd8e2e2c063b25fbf2ee74d86b898e5087 ]
Based on the latest timing specifications for the TPS65218 from the data
sheet, http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps65218.pdf, document SLDS206
from November 2014, we must change the i2c bus speed to better fit within
the minimum high SCL time required for proper i2c transfer.
When running at 400khz, measurements show that SCL spends
0.8125 uS/1.666 uS high/low which violates the requirement for minimum
high period of SCL provided in datasheet Table 7.6 which is 1 uS.
Switching to 100khz gives us 5 uS/5 uS high/low which both fall above
the minimum given values for 100 khz, 4.0 uS/4.7 uS high/low.
Without this patch occasionally a voltage set operation from the kernel
will appear to have worked but the actual voltage reflected on the PMIC
will not have updated, causing problems especially with cpufreq that may
update to a higher OPP without actually raising the voltage on DCDC2,
leading to a hang.

The Maxim PMIC datasheets describe the interrupt line as active low
with a requirement of acknowledge from the CPU. Without specifying the
interrupt type in Devicetree, kernel might apply some fixed
configuration, not necessarily working for this hardware.
Additionally, the interrupt line is shared so using level sensitive
interrupt is here especially important to avoid races.

commit e47cb97f153193d4b41ca8d48127da14513d54c7 upstream.
The Clock Pulse Generator (CPG) device node lacks the extal2 clock.
This may lead to a failure registering the "r" clock, or to a wrong
parent for the "usb24s" clock, depending on MD_CK2 pin configuration and
boot loader CPG_USBCKCR register configuration.
This went unnoticed, as this does not affect the single upstream board
configuration, which relies on the first clock input only.

For kirkwood, gpio pins starts from 32 are in the 2nd bank, so it should be
converted to "gpio1 <pin minus 32>" in dts file.
e.g. gpio 40 should be "gpio1 8"

commit c61f30a255550bbfc6b83c1ca720661489cac4c0 upstream.
On r8a7740/armadillo, actual clock rates are ca. 4% lower than reported
by /sys/kernel/debug/clk/clk_summary. Correct the extal1 frequency from
25 MHz to 24 MHz to fix this.
This matches the Armadillo-800 EVA Product Manual, which claims the main
crystal runs at 24 MHz, and the old legacy/reference board code.

[ Upstream commit 27f13774654ea6bd0b6fc9b97cce8d19e5735661 ]
'dma-ranges' in a PCI bridge node does correctly set dma masks for PCI
devices not described in the DT. Certain DRA7 platforms (e.g., DRA76)
has RAM above 32-bit boundary (accessible with LPAE config) though the
PCIe bridge will be able to access only 32-bits. Add 'dma-ranges'
property in PCIe RC DT nodes to indicate the host bridge can access
only 32 bits.

commit ee0aa926ddb0bd8ba59e33e3803b3b5804e3f5da upstream.
Currently the maximum rate for peripheral clock is calculated based on a
typical 133MHz MCK. The maximum frequency is defined in the datasheet as a
ratio to MCK. Some sama5d3 platforms are using a 166MHz MCK. Update the
device trees to match the maximum rate based on 166MHz.

The LCD panel on AM4 GP EVMs and ePOS boards seems to be
osd070t1718-19ts. The current dts files say osd057T0559-34ts. Possibly
the panel has changed since the early EVMs, or there has been a mistake
with the panel type.

[ Upstream commit 287897f9aaa2ad1c923d9875914f57c4dc9159c8 ]
The MMC card detection GPIO polarity is active low on TAO3530, like in many
other similar boards. Now the card is not detected and it is unable to
mount rootfs from an SD card.
Fix this by using the correct polarity.
This incorrect polarity was defined already in the commit 30d95c6d7092
("ARM: dts: omap3: Add Technexion TAO3530 SOM omap3-tao3530.dtsi") in v3.18
kernel and later changed to use defined GPIO constants in v4.4 kernel by
the commit 3a637e008e54 ("ARM: dts: Use defined GPIO constants in flags
cell for OMAP2+ boards").
While the latter commit did not introduce the issue I'm marking it with
Fixes tag due the v4.4 kernels still being maintained.
