Since we're now using addruart to establish the debug mapping, we can remove the io_pg_offst and phys_io members of struct machine_desc. After conversion to gpiolib there's still some GPIOs left, that get configured in *_mach_init() as outputs (using direct operations on GPCR/GPDR registers), but otherwise unused. These GPIOs are mainly sound related and should be configured by corresponding driver once it is written. Drop this initialisation and configure all GPIOs as input. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it.
