Add a couple -Wno-error options when building with the new toolchain;
it's stricter. These can be removed once the code is fixed not to
cause warnings (see bug 888158).

Group keys in IBSS or AP mode are not programmed
into the device since we give the key to it with
every TX packet. However, we do need mac80211 to
create the MMIC & PN in all cases. Move the code
around to set the key flags all the time. We set
them even when the key is removed again but that
is obviously harmless.

The ht40 setting should not change after association unless channel switch
This fix a problem we are seeing which cause uCode assert because driver
sending invalid information and make uCode confuse

priv->work must not be synced while priv->mutex is locked, because
the mutex is taken in the work handler.
Move cancel_work_sync down to after the device shutdown code.
This is safe, because the work handler checks fw_state and bails out
early in case of a race.

While using inband interrupt and SDIO_ISR_THREAD defined,
wifi irq handler run in context of ksdioirqd.
While turning off wifi, bcmdhd driver releases irq in a different thread.
If there is a pending wifi interrupt(not served) it never get cleared as driver
has removed the irq handler.

during system suspend if wifi is on but not connected, android
sets RTC alarm to wake up system after 2 mins of system suspend
to turn off wifi. during turning off wifi it was observed that
BCM4329 MAC is giving spurious sdio interrupts which was causing
lockup issue (mmc_lock) between sdio interrupt handling process
and wifi stop process, to fix this issue sdio interrupts are
disabled before giving MAC reset from host.

In case of inband interrupts i.e SDIO CARD INT, two
level of thread switching takes place to process wifi
interrupts one in SDHCI and the other in Wifi driver if
"SDIO_ISR_THREAD" flag is disabled.

During suspend/resume wifi chip's power mode is changed and this
impacts chip's internal registers reading/writing. Delaying reads/
writes to wifi chip from HZ/100 to 3*HZ which gives time for chip
to settle its state.

Autoresume usb interface before tx and autosuspend after tx
