2016-01-20	kexec: move some memembers and definitions within the scope of CONFIG_KEXEC_FILE	Xunlei Pang
	Move the stuff currently only used by the kexec file code within CONFIG_KEXEC_FILE (and CONFIG_KEXEC_VERIFY_SIG). 2015-09-10	kexec: split kexec_file syscall code to kexec_file.c	Dave Young
	Split kexec_file syscall related code to another file kernel/kexec_file.c so that the #ifdef CONFIG_KEXEC_FILE in kexec.c can be dropped. Sharing variables and functions are moved to kernel/kexec_internal.h per suggestion from Vivek and Petr.
