tdx-extra: add bmode-usb to the image
This adds the bmode_usb binary to the i.MX6 rootfs which allows to
set some i.MX6 registers so, that on the next reboot (not powercycle)
the i.MX6 starts in serial download mode (aka. recovery mode).
