readline: follow moved inputrc into readline
Commit 619d15b9a2c53eb8496c807f0f229f5cb192e9d7 in openembedded-core
moves the inputrc file from the base-files to the readline recipe.
Follow that move with our *.bbappend.
This fixes <HOME>, <END> not working as expected on a serial console.
