buildconf: do not add extra console for Colibri VFxx
Since commit ef66b5819da4 ("images: use next generation libusbgx
USB Gadget library") the gadget library no longer adds a USB CDC
ACM device which can be used as a serial console. Remove the extra
serial console from local.conf.
