tdx-image-fstype.inc: rename U_BOOT_BINARY to UBOOT_BINARY
As somebody previously decided to rename U_BOOT_BINARY to UBOOT_BINARY
unbreak e.g. i.MX 6 Tezi builds by continuing that rename through the
various layers:
