Subject: apalis-imx8qm: convert lt170410 to syntactic sugar

Convert an overlay file for LT170410 10" LVDS display on Apalis-iMX8QM
module into the Syntactic Sugar format. This format is strongly
recommended in Embedded Linux Wiki [1].
