drivers/net/ethernet/freescale: fec_main: Fixed dual ethernet usagearchive/vf610-fec0-2nd-eth
On Colibri VFxx external PHY is attached on FEC1 RMII interface, the dual ethernet board based on Colibri VFxx had an external PHY attached on FEC0 RMII interface. Since PHY's are connected independently bypass the code which configures the PHY's attached on FEC0 mdio interface. Signed-off-by: Bhuvanchandra DV <bhuvanchandra.dv@toradex.com>
