USB: fix formatting of SuperSpeed endpoints in /proc/bus/usb/devices
Isochronous and interrupt SuperSpeed endpoints use the same mechanisms for decoding bInterval values as HighSpeed ones so adjust the code accordingly. Also bandwidth reservation for SuperSpeed matches highspeed, not low/full speed.
