MLK-16834-01: hdp: Support hdp driver bind/unbind multitimes by DRM
-Add global static variable fw_run to check fw running state.
HDMI FW should init once when system bootup.
-Support hotplug detect thread exit when hdmi unbind.
-Remove unused functions.
