MLK-11265-10 ARM: configs: add imx v7 support
Add imx_v7_defconfig support for V7 only.

Updated so that "savedefconfig" cycles cleanly on 4.14.y and
included some config options enabled over imx_4.9.y which do not
depend on non-upstream code.
Dropped imx_v7_mfg_defconfig entirely, it was eventually removed during
imx_4.9.y cycle.
