arm64: defconfig: add RTL8188EUS driver
Toradex USB WiFi module LM816 uses RTL8188EUS wi-fi chip.
There is staging working driver in kernel for this chip.
Enabling it makes one able to use LM816 wifi usb dongle
"from the box" w/o installing additional software.
