Revert "arm64: defconfig: Choose the newer version of the ov5640 driver"
This reverts commit d9003e67cdd76aa83324159838b2725411d45c15.
On Verdin iMX8M Mini the OV5640_MIPI_NV driver does not work while it does
with the original NXP driver OV5640_MIPI_V2.
The Apalis iMX8QM still works.
