arm: Mark pmu interupt IRQF_NO_THREAD
PMU interrupt must not be threaded. Remove IRQF_DISABLED while at it as we run all handlers with interrupts disabled anyway. Signed-off-by: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@linutronix.de>
