staging: android, lowmemorykiller: convert to use oom_score_adj
/proc/pid/oom_adj is deprecated and will be removed in August 2012 according to Documentation/feature-removal-schedule.txt. Convert its usage in the lowmemorykiller to use the new interface, oom_score_adj, instead. *
* The driver considers memory used for caches to be free, but if a large
* percentage of the cached memory is locked this can be very inaccurate
