tegra nvmap:fixing memory corruption is nvmap.c.
Bug 670448
nvmap_grow_blocks() is exceeding the array bounds. This is
causing the crash issues during system boot up.
Fixed it by removing the erroneous two lines that are exceeding
array bounds.
