nfs/filelayout: Fix NULL reference caused by double freeing of fh_array
commit 3ec0c97959abff33a42db9081c22132bcff5b4f2 upstream. If filelayout_decode_layout fail, _filelayout_free_lseg will causes a double freeing of fh_array.
