arm64: defconfig: add configs for Apalis iMX8
Add GPIO fan/backlight for Apalis iMX8. Enable USB camera support.
Also enable configs relevant for MIPI CSI2 camera (OV5640) support,
but this needs further changes to the driver to work with i.MX8QM.
