Merge branch 'fixes-for-linus' of git://git.linaro.org/people/mszyprowski/linux-dma-mapping
Pull CMA and DMA-mapping fixes from Marek Szyprowski: "Another set of minor fixups for recently merged Contiguous Memory Allocator and ARM DMA-mapping changes.
