This commit enable DMA-based transfers for SD/eMMC card adapters
and reduce number of interrupts produced by SD-card/eMMC-card
adapters.
Sometimes interrupts from SD-card/eMMC-card adapters running in
PIO mode blocks execution of hrtimers and I2S DMA callbacks for
a long periods (100 ms or more).

According to [0] pointed out by Marc Zyngier in a report about a
similar error message, PPIs 11 and 13 are edge triggered on
Cortex-A9 socs including the rk3066 and rk3188 which currently
mark them as level triggered.
Until some time ago the gic did not care but commit 992345a58e0c
("irqchip/gic: WARN if setting the interrupt type for a PPI fails")
introduced a warning for that case.
Fix the warning on these socs by describing the interrupts correctly
and also using the binding constants for easier reading in the future.

Pull ARM DT updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"Lots of changes as usual, so I'm trying to be brief here. Most of the
new hardware support has the respective driver changes merged through

This is not needed as the gadget now fully supports DMA and it can
autodetect it. This was initially added because gadget DMA mode was only
partially implemented so could not be automatically enabled.

The skeleton.dtsi file was removed in ARM64 for different reasons as
explained in commit ("3ebee5a2e141 arm64: dts: kill skeleton.dtsi").
These also applies to ARM and it will also allow to get rid of the
following DTC warnings in the future:
"Node /memory has a reg or ranges property, but no unit name"
The disassembled DTB are almost the same, besides empty chosen nodes
being removed. So the change should not have a functional impact.

enable devices in existing machines, or to fix minor bugs. Notably, an
ongoing treewide effort to fix warnings caused by an update to the
device tree compiler. These are enabled with "make W=1" at the moment

The compatible string "simple-bus" is well defined in ePAPR, while
I see no documentation for the "arm,amba-bus" arnywhere in ePAPR or
Documentation/devicetree/.
DT is also used by other projects than Linux kernel. It is not a
good idea to rely on such an unofficial binding.
This commit
- replaces "arm,amba-bus" with "simple-bus"
- drops "arm,amba-bus" where it is used along with "simple-bus"

This adds the usbphy nodes to rk3066 and rk3188, which share the usb hosts
in rk3xxx.dtsi and also enables it on boards based around these socs.
The usb-phy itself is the same as used on the rk3288 already.

According to the manual, the fifo sizes are the same as on later socs
like the rk3288 and this also fixes an error about "insufficient fifo
memory", as it seems the values read from the ip are wrong.

GPLv2-only devicetrees make reuse difficult for software components licensed
under a different license.
The consensus is that a GPL/X11 dual-license should allow all necessary uses,
so relicense the rk3xxx.dtsi to this combination.
CCs were aquired by git shortlog -sne so it should've hopefully catched
every contributor.

The SDMMC, SDIO and EMMC controllers use an external FIFO whose size is 256x32bit.
This patch set the corresponding fifo-depth properties for both RK3066 and RK3188.

This will keep the debug console on ttyS2 when UART 1 is disabled, for example.

Pull networking updates from David Miller:
"Most notable changes in here:
1) By far the biggest accomplishment, thanks to a large range of
contributors, is the addition of multi-send for transmit. This is
the result of discussions back in Chicago, and the hard work of
several individuals.
Now, when the ->ndo_start_xmit() method of a driver sees
skb->xmit_more as true, it can choose to defer the doorbell
telling the driver to start processing the new TX queue entires.
skb->xmit_more means that the generic networking is guaranteed to
call the driver immediately with another SKB to send.
There is logic added to the qdisc layer to dequeue multiple
packets at a time, and the handling mis-predicted offloads in
software is now done with no locks held.
Finally, pktgen is extended to have a "burst" parameter that can
be used to test a multi-send implementation.
Several drivers have xmit_more support: i40e, igb, ixgbe, mlx4,
virtio_net
Adding support is almost trivial, so export more drivers to
support this optimization soon.

driver in particular (EEE support, auto power down, etc.) from

5) Allow raw buffers to be used for flow dissection, allowing drivers
to determine the optimal "linear pull" size for devices that DMA
into pools of pages. The objective is to get exactly the
necessary amount of headers into the linear SKB area pre-pulled,
but no more. The new interface drivers use is eth_get_headlen().
From WANG Cong, with driver conversions (several had their own
by-hand duplicated implementations) by Alexander Duyck and Eric
Dumazet.
6) Support checksumming more smoothly and efficiently for
encapsulations, and add "foo over UDP" facility. From Tom
Herbert.
7) Add Broadcom SF2 switch driver to DSA layer, from Florian
Fainelli.
8) eBPF now can load programs via a system call and has an extensive
testsuite. Alexei Starovoitov and Daniel Borkmann.
9) Major overhaul of the packet scheduler to use RCU in several major
areas such as the classifiers and rate estimators. From John
Fastabend.
10) Add driver for Intel FM10000 Ethernet Switch, from Alexander
Duyck.
11) Rearrange TCP_SKB_CB() to reduce cache line misses, from Eric
Dumazet.
12) Add Datacenter TCP congestion control algorithm support, From
Florian Westphal.
13) Reorganize sk_buff so that __copy_skb_header() is significantly

Add both the cpu and peripheral pl330 dma controllers present in rk3188 socs.
The first dma controller can change between secure and non-secure mode. Both
instances are added but the non-secure variant is left disabled by default,
as on the majority of boards the bootloader leaves it in secure mode.

Some nodes that are changed in the dtsi hierarchy do not have handles yet.
As it was suggested in the rk3288 submission to do subsequent nodes changes
through such handle-references, add the missing ones.

Comments received from the rk3288 submission indicated that a generic subnode
to group soc components should not be used.
So to keep all rockchip devicetree files similar, remove it from rk3066 and rk3188.

The clock definitions get a lot shorter due to the soc clocks being handled by
rk3188-cru and only the input clock remains. These can now simply live
in the main rk3xxx.dtsi without affecting readability.
At the same time, rename the node to oscillator, adding a clock-output-names
property to match how the rk3288 handles this.

RK2928 and RK3066 contain a dw_apb timer component, while the rk3188 uses
a slightly similar but still different timer component. But all of them
support the ARM-global-timer that got added as clocksource driver recently.
So enable support for it to get a working clocksource for rk3188.

The rk3188 SoC shares a lot of peripherals with the rk3066 SoC,
but not all. Therefore move the common parts to a shared dtsi.
