The Colombus development kit uses an optional 2048x1536 edp panel using
an anx9804 parallel lcd to edp converter. The anx9804 chip is controlled
via an i2c bus which is connected to 2 regular gpio pins.

The FSF address triggers a warning on checkpatch, saying that the FSF
license is already present in the Linux source code, and that it has
already changed in the past.
Remove it from our DT, as suggested.

Add UART aliases and stdout-path property for all the Allwinner boards so that
we won't have to rely on the bootargs' console= value, while working with
legacy bootloaders.
While we're at it, also remove the mentions of earlyprintk in the bootargs,
that will remove our default bootargs entirely, and allow the kernel to boot on
a system even if DEBUG_LL is configured for another system.

In order to lessen the amount of duplication of the DT tree, ease the
new and follow the trend that prefers to use label based references
when overriding DTSI nodes, convert the board to this syntax

The pinctrl nodes require some extra opaque arguments for the pull up and drive
strength values.
Introduce a new header file and convert the device trees to replace these
opaque numbers by defines.

The current GPL only licensing on the DTSI makes it very impractical for other
software components licensed under another license.
In order to make it easier for them to reuse our device trees, relicense our
device trees under a GPL/X11 dual-license.

The Colombus has a full size SD slot wired to the MMC0 controller. In order to
work, the MMC lines have to have the pull-ups enabled though.

The colombus board has a on-board USB hub, that is enabled through the pin
PH24, and wired to the first EHCI controller.

The A31 Colombus board has 3 I2C controllers that should be usable. However,
the first one is not working for some reason on the hardware I have been able
to test it on, while it should really be the same controller. Enable the i2c1
and i2c2 busses, and mark i2c0 as in failure in the DT.

This platform from WITS is the evaluation board for the Allwinner A31.
It features a quad-Cortex A7, 2048MB of RAM, NAND, USB, MMC, several
UART, HDMI, a 2048 x 1536 10" screen, powered by a PowerVR, etc.
Of course, most of these peripherals aren't supported yet, but support
for those will come eventually.
