Make the module autoloadable by tying it to the CPU feature bit that
describes whether the optional instructions it relies on are implemented
by the current CPU.

This removes all the boilerplate from the existing implementation,
and replaces it with calls into the base layer.

This implements the SHA1 secure hash algorithm using the AArch32
versions of the ARMv8 Crypto Extensions for SHA1.
