The arm boot_lock is used by the secondary processor startup code. The locking
task is the idle thread, which has idle->sched_class == &idle_sched_class.
idle_sched_class->enqueue_task == NULL, so if the idle task blocks on the
lock, the attempt to wake it when the lock becomes available will fail:
try_to_wake_up()
...
activate_task()
enqueue_task()
p->sched_class->enqueue_task(rq, p, flags)
Fix by converting boot_lock to a raw spin lock.

SROMC static memory mapping is included in the common s5p initialization
code. Hence, remove the duplicated SROMC static memory mapping for EXYNOS.

is correct equivalent function for setup_irq used in

The arch/arm/mach-exynos4 directory (CONFIG_ARCH_EXYNOS4) has
made for plaforms based on EXYNOS4 SoCs. But since upcoming
Samsung's SoCs such as EXYNOS5 (ARM Cortex A15) can reuse most
codes in current mach-exynos4, one mach-exynos directory will
be used for them.
This patch changes to CONFIG_ARCH_EXYNOS (arch/arm/mach-exynos)
but keeps original CONFIG_ARCH_EXYNOS4 in mach-exynos/Kconfig to
avoid changing in driver side.
