Since we're now using addruart to establish the debug mapping, we can remove the io_pg_offst and phys_io members of struct machine_desc. * HP Jornada 720 uses epson 1356 chip for graphics. This chip is compatible with s1d13xxxfb driver. * HP Jornada 720 uses a Microprocessor Control Unit to talk to various hardware. We add it as a platform device in jornada720_init() * We provide pm_suspend() to avoid unresolved symbols in apm.o. We are unable to truly suspend now, hence the stub. * Speaker/microphone enabling got removed because it will be placed in the alsa driver. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
