GIC IRQ affinity is currently set to one CPU only - the 1st cpu in
the requested mask. This commit adds option to set IRQ affinity to
all cpus present in affinity_hint and requested masks. The option is
enabled by default on Tegra architecture starting with Tegra3.

TI codec support is enabled for whistler.
Both wm8753 and TI codec are supported on the same build.
Card registration takes the available codec on board on initialization.

To improve the power consumption situation for MP3 playback
the scaling governor is set to conservative when display
is turned off and the default governor is saved. The governor
is restored when display is turned on.

Added configuration option TEGRA_PLLM_RESTRICTED - when enabled,
PLLM - memory PLL - usage may be restricted to modules with dividers
capable of dividing maximum PLLM frequency at minimum voltage. When
disabled, PLLM is available as a clock source with no restrictions
(current configuration), which may effectively increase lower limit
for core voltage if high grade SDRAM is used.
Implemented PLLM restrictions in Tegra3 clock framework and DVFS, but
keep them disabled by default.

Tegra IO pads are automatically re-configured when IO power level is
changed. Current code keeps auto-detection cells in default, active
state all the time. This change will allow turning off cells when IO
power is stable, and activate them only during power transitions.
In addition IO pads will be set into "no-io-power" state after the
respective regulator is disabled, and re-configured back for regular
operations before regulator is re-enabled.
Dynamic IO pad control introduced in this commit is still disabled
by default on all tegra platforms.

Making the low level uart debugging port config variables depends
on CONFIG_DEBUG_LL so that the low level debugging config variable
only get visible when CONFIG_DEBUG_LL is selected.
The console debugging is not selected by this config variable.
Also removed unused config variable.

CONFIG_TEGRA_SMMU_SYSFS enables /sys/devices/smmu/* entries to update
various SMMU register contents from user's land.
Default is "n" to allow only displaying the current values but not
updating except SMMU TLB/PTC statistics enabling and disabling bits.

Define GPIO names, platform data, and platform devices for audio support
on Cardhu.
Configure/register the WM8903 IRQ gpio.
Don't statically configure most audio-related clocks; the ASoC utils code
sets this all up now.
