VDD_DDR_RX is a reference voltage used by the DDR/LPDDR IO cells.
If this supply is turned off and memory accesses are taking place

camera needs LDO6 to be 1.8v always. the same was
done in the camera init code but was causing issues
because of recent changes in the regulator core.
fixing this issue by setting LDO6 to 1.8v at
during regulator init.

Linux kernel has a standard way to handle this, which is to
call regulator_has_full_constraints(), which will make the
regulator core at late_init time disable any regulators that
don't have a reference count and are enabled in hardware.

if we expose these regulators for the sdhc framework, then the regulators
are disabled when the sdhc framework suspends thus cutting off power to the
sd/mmc cards as well. for now the sdhc host driver does not have logic
to re-enumerate the sd/mmc cards, due to which these cards are not
re-detected by the system.

vdd_aon (vdd_rtc) supply powers the RTC domain. It is required that vdd_aon
should follow vdd_core which is changed by dvfs. This supply enables dvfs to
effectively manage vdd_aon, vdd_core and vdd_cpu.
