2011-01-26ASoC: sh: fsi: modify selection method of I2S/PCM/SPDIF formatKuninori Morimoto
Current format selection of FSI-codecs depended on platform information for FSI, and chip default settings for codecs. It is not understandable/formal method. This patch modify FSI and FSI-codecs to use snd_soc_dai_set_fmt. But FSI can use I2S/PCM and SPDIF format today. It can be selected to I2S/PCM by snd_soc_dai_set_fmt, but can not select SPDIF. So, this patch change FSI platform information to have DAI/SPDIF mode. If platform selects DAI mode (default), FSI-codecs can select I2S/PCM by snd_soc_dai_set_fmt, and if it is SPDIF mode, FSI become SPDIF format. All corresponding I2C modules have been checked, and all of them include a module aliases table with names corresponding to what the soc_camera platform data uses. This is a preparation for HDMI hotplug support. This patch just moves all platform defined video modes for the sh_mobile_lcdcfb driver to separate arrays and switches all users to use element 0 of that array, so, this patch doesn't introduce any functional changes and as such should not cause any regressions. Update the sh7724 processor code to always enable vpu_clk. On the Ecovec board, set the vpu_clk to 166 Mhz. The 166MHz setting results in a divide-by-6 setup for vpu_clk and improves the VPU performance compared to the power-on-reset/bootloader configuration. The old ctrl in/out routines are non-portable and unsuitable for cross-platform use. While drivers/sh has already been sanitized, there is still quite a lot of code that is not. This converts the arch/sh/ bits over, which permits us to flag the routines as deprecated whilst still building with -Werror for the architecture code, and to ensure that future users are not added.
