2008-05-14V4L/DVB (7848): Fix dependencies for tuner-xc2028 and em28xx-dvbMauro Carvalho Chehab

This patch adds em28xx-dvb. This driver is highly based on cx88-dvb and saa7134-dvb. This code currently loads and unloads successfully. There are several boards on V4L that can work with several different helper modules for audio/video encoding/decoding and similar stuff. This patch adds the capability of choicing between autoselecting the pertinent helper modules for each driver, or to manually selecting them. V4L1 API is depreciated and should be removed soon from kernel. This patch adds two new options, one to disable V4L1 drivers, and another to disable V4L1 compat module.
