toradex_imx_v6_v7.config: Add usb_hiddev
Add CONFIG_USB_HIDDEV
This gets rid of the error-message
hid-generic 0003:046D:C52B.0003: device has no listeners, quitting
This is seen with a Logitech Universal Receiver.
