u-boot-toradex_2022.07: improve deploy of u-boot-with-spl.imx
The u-boot-with-spl.imx binary, now is deployed for each u-boot configuration
type and the condition that suppressed the error in case u-boot-with-spl.imx
was not generated has been removed.
