angstrom-qt5-x11-image.bb: workaround ordering of populate_sdk populate_sdk_qt5
Make sure that these two classes get inherited in the correct order, as they use
of ?= and +=. The wrong order drops a bunch of tools and most noticably the
environment setup script.
