u-boot-toradex: fix recipe to work with Poky
Building the recipe with Poky leads to two errors:
| error: line 4: invalid tag value("^[A-Za-z0-9+._]+$") Release: Release: 2.7.3-gitr1c83a29
| error: Package has no %description: u-boot-toradex-2016.11.colibri_imx6
Use the + sign to separate the git revision and provide a recipe
description.
