linux-toradex: add squashfs configuration in all mx6 defconfigs
snapd requires squashfs kernel module but this has not been added
to all defconfigs.
Follow commit f0d525d36e915076416a443eb15a69efdcac1e73
or the images which add the snapd packagegroup will not build
