apalis-tk1: fix wrong PREFERRED_PROVIDER_u-boot
PREFERRED_PROVIDER_u-boot should be 'u-boot-toradex-tk1' instead of
'u-boot-toradex', also set PROVIDES += "u-boot" in u-boot-tk1 recipe.
