Starting from OpenSBI v0.7, the SBI firmware inserts/fixes up the
reserved memory node for PMP protected memory regions. All RISC-V
boards need to copy the reserved memory node from the device tree
provided by the firmware to the device tree used by U-Boot.
Turn on CONFIG_OF_BOARD_FIXUP by default for OF_SEPARATE.

With sifive_fu540_defconfig:
User can use FSBL or u-boot-spl.bin anyone at a time.
For FSBL,
fsbl->fw_payload.bin (opensbi + U-Boot)
For u-boot-spl.bin,
u-boot-spl.bin->FIT image (opensbi + U-Boot proper + dtb)
U-Boot SPL will be loaded by ZSBL from SD card (replace fsbl.bin with
u-boot-spl.bin) and runs in L2 LIM in machine mode and then load FIT
image u-boot.itb from SD card into RAM.
U-Boot SPL expects u-boot.itb FIT image at the starting of SD card sector
number (0x822) of GUID type "2E54B353-1271-4842-806F-E436D6AF6985"

FU540 uses OF_SEPARATE instead of OF_PRIOR_STAGE.
Enable OF_BOARD_FIXUP to update the DT with reserved-memory node.

This would help to make the necessary changes in drivers and device trees
in U-Boot tree itself. This feature would also be helpful to not pass
dtb during opensbi builds.

CONFIG_MTD must be reserved for the MTD core. Like any other
subsystem, prefix the symbol by DM when it comes to DM support.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

Today in initr_reloc_global_data() we use some non-obvious tests to
determine if we need to relocate the env_addr within gd or not. In
order to facilitate migration of other symbols to Kconfig we need to
introduce a new symbol for this particular use case.

This patch adds SiFive FU540 board support. For now, only
SiFive serial, SiFive PRCI, and Cadance MACB drivers are
only enabled. The SiFive FU540 defconfig by default builds
U-Boot for S-Mode because U-Boot on SiFive FU540 will run
in S-Mode as payload of BBL or OpenSBI.
