ENGR00122846-2 MX53: Restore the default GPU memory as 128M
This reverts commit cf848bba851157fb7c28ad2abd21f8210a4b0831.
Since the kernel virtual space is changed as 2G, restore the default
GPU memory as 128M to support flash 10 better.
