recipes-connectivity: hostapd-example: use 2.4GHz instead of 5GHz
Not all wifi modules support the AP mode in the 5GHz band. However, most
do support the 2.4GHz band. Therefore, we change the channel
configuration to channel 9 which is in the 2.4GHz band and should work
for most wifi modules.
